Our Slack integration allows you to:

  1. Send a Slack message to a channel
    1. In HeadsUp, you can set up an automation to send a Slack message when an object enters or stays in a segment for a specified period of time.
    2. The Slack message will display all of the fields used in the segment filter.
      1. Tip: If you want to display an attribute in the Slack notification, you should add the attribute into the filter with OR logic and a condition that every object in the segment would meet, e.g. "IS NOT EMPTY" works well in most cases

🔒 Connection & Authentication

We connect to Slack using OAuth.

How to connect

  1. Log in and then click into the Settings page on the left-hand side menu bar
