Looking up the right profile

There are two ways to look up the right profile on the Extension

  1. HeadsUp built-in Auto-lookup

    1. Apps supported: Salesforce, HubSpot and Intercom
    2. Once the above apps are connected by your admin, you can go into them, select a profile (e.g. Salesforce Lead Page), and the Chrome Extension will automatically look up the right profile and display its associated usage information.

  2. Using the Search function

    1. You can also choose to use the filter function and narrow down your search options
    2. e.g. Only show me accounts that have more than 50 employees
